Spring Hill Spotswood meets each week at Ruckersville Elementary School.
9:45 a.m. Coffee, Juice, Fruit and Pastries are available. This is a time to connect with each other as we share a little hospitality;
10:00 a.m. The baby room for infants is open and Sunday School begins for preschoolers through age 5 taught by trained Children’s workers.
10:00 a.m. Our worship experience begins offering an opportunity to connect with God through praise and worship music, community prayer, and relevant messages brought by Pastor Dan Carlton or other teaching pastors.
During our 10:00 a.m. service, we encourage children and parents to participate in worship together. Our worship team does a great job of including music the kids like to sing! Following worship, the elementary children then break into smaller groups where they are treated to the Biblical message at an age appropriate level, while their parents are enjoying the sermon. Children rejoin their parents at the end of the service for our closing music.
The first Sunday of each month is our Family Worship service. The baby and walker rooms are still open if needed, but we encourage the whole family to worship together.
We are a child friendly service. Please note that we are not bothered by children making a bit of noise!
At Spotswood we offer preschool and children's Sunday School during the service, a youth connection class at 9:45 a.m. and adult small groups and Bible Studies throughout the week offering an opportunity to grow in body, mind and spirit.
We offer many opportunities to serve each week. We are always looking for people to join our set up, tear down, hospitality and greeting teams. We welcome musicians and vocalists to our worship team as well.
We are a mission minded congregation always willing to go into our community and make an impact on our world. Ask about our mission trips to Jonesville, tutoring opportunities or the upcoming Spring Hill 5k to benefit the Greene County Education Foundation.
