Spring Hill Spotswood meets each week at Ruckersville Elementary School.
9:15 – Coffee, Juice, Fruit and Pastries
This is a time to get to know each other better as we share a little hospitality
9:30 – Baby room for infants and Sunday School for preschoolers through age 5 taught by trained Children’s workers
9:30 – Worship Experience featuring the Spotswood Worship Team begins. This service also features the teachings of our Senior Pastor Dan Carlton and Teaching Pastor Rich Thurston.
During our 9:30am service, we encourage children and parents to participate in worship together. Our worship team does a great job of including music the kids like to sing! Following worship, the elementary children then break into smaller groups where they are treated to the Biblical message at an age appropriate level, while their parents are enjoying the sermon. Children rejoin their parents at the end of the service for our closing music.
The first Sunday of each month is our Family Worship service. The baby room and one’s room are still open if needed, but we encourage the whole family to worship together.
We are a child friendly service. Please note that we’re not bothered by children making a bit of noise.
At Spotswood we offer children’s classes, a youth small group, Kid’s Clubs (serving opportunities for children), Kinderpraise (a parent/child music and praise time) and Adult small groups. We are a mission minded congregation with on-going events planned so we can be an asset to our community and make an impact on our world. Ask about the upcoming Spring Hill 5k to benefit the Greene County Education Foundation, tutoring in the schools and mission trips. Please contact our Site Coordinator Julie Jackson at julie@springhillbaptist.org for more information.
