Dan has been pastor of Spring Hill since 1993. He has a Bachelor of Arts from Averett University , a Master of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry from Palmer School of Theology of Eastern University. Dan & Emily are the parents of 3 children, Frances, Allie & Will. Greg McCormick joined the Spring Hill Staff January 2008 as a Associate Pastor.  Greg has a Bachelor Degree from Bridgewater College, Master in Sociology from UVA and a Master of Divinity from Baptist Theological Seminary at Richmond.  Greg currently serves as site pastor at the Seminole Site and oversees age group ministry for Spring Hill.  Greg and Kristie and their boys Caleb and Noah love being outdoors.  Some of their favorite activities include hiking, camping and playing in the park.  Greg is passionate about people.  He wants to know YOUR story as well.  Feel free to call, e-mail or stop by his office

Julie became the site coordinator for Spotswood, the first site added when Spring Hill went multi-site, in January of 2006. Julie is currently attending Eastern Mennonite University in Harrisonburg. She will graduate in April with a BA in Management and Organizational Development. Julie and her husband Rodney have one son, Dustin, who is a student at Virginia Tech. Mary leads our Music and Women's Ministries, having joined Spring Hill in July of 2000. She has a Bachelor of Arts from Charleston Southern University, a Master of Church Music from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and has done extensive work on a Master of Elementary Education at  Virginia Commonwealth University . Mary and her husband Mark are parents on Jon, a sophomore in college. Since Mary's arrival the music ministry has undergone a transformation with more choirs and greater participation. Rich joined the staff as Teaching Pastor July 1, 2005. Rich has 17 years of pastoral experience.  He currently works 4 days a week as a CPA at Hantzmon Wiebel LLP in Charlottesville .  Rich and his wife Carol are the parents of Erica & Inga and they have 6 grandchildren.  Rich & Carol have lived in Charlottesville for over 20 years.

Mike, Christine and their son Peyton have been part of the Spring Hill family since 1997.  Mike and Christine joined the staff in June of 2003.  After coaching for 16 years in this community, Mike took a full-time position with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, working at UVA and the area high schools.   His passion is to teach Christian values and good character to athletes and coaches on and off the field.  Christine runs a student bookstore at a local boarding school for 9th-12th grade boys.  Together they have committed their lives to working with teenagers from all walks of life.

Bobby joined our church in 2000 with his wife Kim, and their three children Chelsea, Amber, and Matthew.  He has played guitar and sang in various venues since that time. Bobby is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University. He currently manages Phillips Communications in Charlottesville.  Bobby is a worship leader at Spotswood, Seminole, and Frays Mill sites.  Bobby's passions are family, leadership, music, and kiteboarding.

Adam joined our church staff as our pianist in September of 2003.  Adam is a graduate of the University of Kentucky .  He currently teaches at The Covenant School in Charlottesville .  Adam is the worship leader at Spring Hill Spotswood and accompanies several music groups at Spring Hill Frays Mills.  In his spare time Adam likes to go to concerts featuring The Dave Matthews Band.
