This December our goal is to raise $21,000 to support missionaries and organizations that share the message of salvation.

Giving Options

God has invited all of us to participate in building His kingdom. At Spring Hill, we devote financial resources to reaching out to those in need, spreading the Gospel around the world and supporting the communities we serve. Please consider the following options for making your financial gift:

In Person: Place cash or checks in the offering collection receptacles during any of our Sunday services, or drop by the church office during the regular office hours. If you give with cash and would like to receive credit for tax purposes, be sure to enclose it in an envelope that includes your name and address.

By Mail: Tithes and offerings can be mailed directly to the church at 2620 Frays Mill Road, Ruckersville, VA 22968.

Texting: Text the word GIVE to 434-423-5300.

Online: One-time and recurring donations may be made securely online using a debit or credit card, or with your PayPal account. 

Bank Bill Pay: Regular ​donations can easily be set up using your bank's automatic bill pay option. Please refer to your bank's web site for additional instructions. 

Gifts of Stock: If you would like to make a donation of stock or other asset, please email finance@springhillbaptist.org or call the church office at (434) 973-7473.
QR Code: use your smart device to hover your camera over the QR code and use a credit or debit card to make a donation to Spring Hill.
 A Message from the Finance Team
 December 2021

Dear Spring Hill Family,

“Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this, says the LORD Almighty, and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it. I will prevent pests from devouring your crops, and the vines in your fields will not drop their fruit before it is ripe, says the LORD Almighty. Then all the nations will call you blessed, for yours will be a delightful land, says the LORD Almighty.” (Malachi 3:10-12)

The Finance Team is pleased to include a monthly report in the e-Newsletter, to keep you informed of God’s blessings and your generosity. The graph displays monthly budget, giving and expenses through November. In summary, even though giving has been lower than budget, expenses have also been held to an even lower level than giving, resulting a YTD surplus of $22,473. Praise God!

The Spring Hill membership approved the 2022 Budget in its annual business meeting on December 19. The total budget is $505,617, which is $44,174 (8.04%) less than 2021. Despite this reduction, the budget of each ministry will have an increased budget, or an equal budget, compared to this year, with a few exceptions related to our accounting methods. This is possible due to the Personnel Team’s recommendation, in concert with Pastor Steve, that the Associate Pastor position be left vacant during
2022. 
The budget does not include funding for the capital projects that are planned by the Building & Grounds Team. We will trust that God provides giving that exceeds the monthly budget requirements to green light these improvement projects. Please join us in prayer that God will provide the resources in 2022 for Spring Hill to continue to Bring Hope, Share Christ, Impact the World.
